Welcome to Glær
These Terms of Service govern your use of glaer.co and any purchase you make from Glær. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
Pre-Order Terms (Edition 01)
All current Glær Edition 01 orders are pre-orders. Your card is charged at the time of order; your product is manufactured and shipped on the schedule below.
Ship date: Edition 01 pre-orders ship May 2027. This is a good-faith estimate based on our current manufacturing timeline.
Your right to cancel: You can cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before your order ships. There are no fees, no restocking charges, and no questions. To cancel, click the refund link in any Glær email, visit glaer.co/pages/refund-request, or reply to any email from us with "refund" in the body. Your refund will process back to your original payment method within 5 business days (consistent with the FTC Mail/Internet Order Merchandise Rule, 16 CFR Part 435).
Delays: If we miss the stated ship date, we will notify you within 24 hours by email with an updated ship date and your choice to continue your pre-order or cancel for an immediate full refund.
Payment: Payment is captured at the time of order. You will see "GLAER PREORDER" on your statement.
Monthly updates: While your product is in production, we will send you one email per month with factory updates, product milestones, and launch logistics. You can unsubscribe at any time without affecting your pre-order or refund rights.

Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors prior to shipment. If a correction materially changes the price of your order, we will notify you with the choice to continue or cancel for a full refund.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the site or our products for any unlawful purpose, to resell our products without written authorization, or to attempt to disrupt the operation of our site.
Intellectual Property
All content on glaer.co, including the Glær name, logo, product designs, imagery, and copy, is the property of Glær. You may not reproduce or redistribute any of it without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Glær is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our maximum liability for any claim is the amount you paid for the product in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active pre-order customers by email. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
